  1. It’s A LOT of fun

Learning is so much fun and learning to code is even more fun :)
  2. Team work is dream work

We’ve worked in the same team for 6 months and they’ve been such an asset, both in terms of encouragement as well as support when dealing with crazy code. And even though we’ve worked remote it’s never felt lonely. And writing code with more eyes and learning together is both better and more fun!
  3. Sometimes it’s frustrating

But that means that when you manage it feels so much better. Seeing your code rendering on the screen and working as intended is the best feeling!
  4. Enthusiasm is contagious

Most people that sign up for these bootcamps do so because they are really motivated and really want to learn. That creates a very positive and motivating environment to learn in.
  5. Active procrastination is my guiding star

When you get stuck, leave the problem and attack another part of the code for a little bit and then get back to it again with a fresh mind.
  6. Asking for help is not cheating it’s crucial

When you’re stuck with a coding problem, don’t be stuck for too long. You’re not cheating by googling or asking for help, just learning!
